I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel on top of a hill, offering a lovely view of the surroundings. The bed in my room was excellent, providing a comfortable night's sleep. I also appreciated the access to the campus lounge area, where I could relax and enjoy a hot drink. Additionally, the fact that breakfast was included saved me time and money.
Everything was great and I had a wonderful stay.

Motel was very clean and well maintained. We could cook our own meals in kitchenette. It was adjacent to Old Pond...

The room was spartan but adequate - no TV but there was internet and we could watch movies on our lap top - the bed was much more comfortable than it initially looked - great kitchen facility with microwave, fridge, etc... bathroom was very small as was the shower but we realized that it was a dorm - next time i would rent the family quad as the price was good for what you would be offered in regards to space.
The really drunk customers that arrived at 3:00am and made a lot of noise - but again to be expected as it is a dorm so it wasn't too bad

I liked the peacefulness! And the size of the Bathroom. And the Tim Horton's in the Morning. I really Loved the Price!! I travel by myself and paying over $100 to sleep causes me to shorten my Trips or not take them at all! I'll be visiting Kelowna more at the times that you have the Campus Open to the Public.
Seemed to be Stuffy. There is great Air conditioning in the rooms but the air generally needs more flow. The mattress was worn but serviceable : ) Not perfectly clean but I was comfortable. Thanks for the opportunity to leave my comments.

Our stay at the Ubc Okanagan Campus was great! The front desk staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. The campus itself was beautiful, with well-maintained gardens to enjoy. We also appreciated the access to common rooms like the kitchen, laundry, and study lounge. Although there were some minor drawbacks like the location being far from downtown and the rooms being small, overall I would recommend this hotel for its good value and friendly service.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, close enough to town to be convenient but far enough to avoid the noise. The staff were very friendly and helpful, always there to answer any questions. One thing that I really liked was the spaciousness of the room, with a separate bedroom and seating area. It made me feel like I had my own little apartment. the kitchen was well equipped, which made it easy for me to prepare my own meals.
One of the downsides of staying at this hotel was the noise on the ground floor. I could hear people walking above me, which was a bit annoying.

staff were great; very accommodating to our needs. nice there was a kitchen.
just be aware it is the student residences and therefore pretty stark in terms of amenities. no phone in the room, no tv. you have to ask for a blow dryer. it's a dorm so you will hear people talk down the hall, so if you are aware of this and don't have an issue, then it is fine accommodations.

I like the quietness of this location and the safety. The view was excellent.
During summer time, parking charge seems excessive when the parking is mostly vacant. Reception staff should verbally remind visitors that supplies such as hair dryer is available upon request. Shower stall in my room was not draining and I found out late at night. Although I was given a different room, it was just troublesome to pack and unpack to move one room when you are tired already. I requested an extra pillow and it wasn't there. The water quality was surprisingly poor. It visibly brownish in colour and makes me uncomfortable to rinse anything edible.

The place was quiet, had easy access and is close to the airport if one was flying to Kelowna. The price we found was better than most Hotels and Motels in the area and since budget was a priority for this trip it fit the bill just fine. I would recommend this place if looking for value and you don't require tv's, phones and other amenity's you'd be used to in hotels. The kitchen is definitely a plus if you're looking to cook during your stay.
The fitness facilities are not include with the price as we were lead to believe (that being said, at least they were available for a drop in fee)
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
